Here is an example of one of the custom built workstations we build.

When I say we build a workstation I don't mean we order the PC from a company with a certain hard drive configuration or memory amount. We actually build the machine from the ground up starting with a custom case and machined modifications.



These types of modifications improve cooling and maintain a very fast and stable computer.

Each machine is built to order and guaranteed to run at certain performance specifications. Here the mother board tray has been powder coated and the mother board has been installed. Custom fans will be installed with fluid dynamic bearings to provide many years of silent service.



This particular rig will end up with thirteen separate fans.

Wire management is a key factor in keeping the case cool and quiet. All wiring is custom cut and routed to reduce unwanted turbulence in the case. A generous application of sound deadening material is added to silence the fans further. We use only the very best components in these machines and run them for at least five days after software is installed.

All machines undergo a 24 hour torture test where the processor is run at a full 100% for the entire time. Temperatures are monitored and recorded
hard drive and memory performance is also checked and recorded to insure as stable a build as is possible.

This case is a uni-body design with solid aluminum as thick as 8.0mm. We have incorporated a window on the side so the interior may be viewed. This box has Solid state internal hard drives and 24 GB of 1600 MHz memory. Photoshop boots full screen in about 1 second from a cold start. Total data storage capacity 8.5 TB A back lighted programmable keyboard and twin calibrated graphics monitors complement this CPU and make it a total pleasure to work on.
